About

Antitalent was established in Croatia in 2007 with aim to develop stories by emphasizing current cultural streams and the impact we want to make on society. Our portfolio comprises feature and short films, TV dramas and documentary series.

Our recent title, THE MAN WHO COULD NOT REMAIN SILENT by Nebojša Slijepčević won Palme d’Or in the short film competition at Cannes Film Festival 2024. One year before, short film THE REAL TRUTH ABOUT THE FIGHT by Andrea Slaviček premiered at Semaine de la Critique. In 2021 feature film MURINA by Antoneta Kusijanović was co-produced with RT Features and Martin Scorsese’s Sikelia Productions and premiered at Directors’ Fortnight in Cannes in 2021 where it won the Camera d’Or award.

Other titles include Nevio Marasović‘s features VIS-À-VIS (Tallinn 2014) and GORAN (Fantasia 2016), feature documentary STORKMAN by Tomislav Jelinčić (Audience Award at Liburnia 2020) and Rok Biček’s short film PENALTY SHOT which premiered at the Locarno Film Festival in 2021.

Co-productions include the features BLOCK 5 by Klemen Dvornik (2024), LIKEMEBACK (2018) by Leonardo Guerra Seragnoli and LIKE MY SON (2018) by Constanza Quatriglio, which were all screened at Locarno Film Festival.

In 2023, Antitalent completed its first drama series, THE HIGHLANDS which was broadcast by Croatian Public Broadcaster HRT in fall 2023.
